Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Star Gym 24/7’s website, mobile platform, member dashboard, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Star Gym 24/7, located at Tale Hristov 2, Skopje 1000, North Macedonia.

By registering an account or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Star Gym 24/7 is North Macedonia’s premier 24/7 fitness centre, operating at Tale Hristov 2, Skopje 1000, North Macedonia. We offer gym memberships, personal trainer booking, and a digital member dashboard.

To access your member dashboard, book a personal trainer, or manage your membership, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. Authentication is handled securely by our infrastructure provider.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not share your account with any other person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Star Gym 24/7 offers the following membership options, all priced in Macedonian Denar (MKD):

• Monthly — 2,500 MKD/month. Full access, no long-term commitment.
• 6 Months Unlimited — 1,750 MKD/month (10,500 MKD total). Billed in 6 equal monthly instalments.
• 12 Months Unlimited — 1,500 MKD/month (18,000 MKD total). Billed in 12 equal monthly instalments.

Card payments are processed securely on our acquiring bank’s virtual POS using 3-D Secure authentication (Visa Secure / Mastercard ID Check). By purchasing a membership, you authorise the charge to your debit or credit card on the agreed billing schedule.

• All prices are shown and charged in Macedonian Denar (MKD).
• You will receive an email receipt for every successful payment.
• Star Gym 24/7 does not store your full card number, expiry, or CVV — card data is entered and held securely by the acquiring bank under PCI DSS.
• If a payment fails, we will notify you. Continued failure may result in suspension of access.

All sales are final: memberships and personal-training services are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by the consumer-protection laws of the Republic of North Macedonia (or where the service was not provided). If your plan renews, you may cancel future renewals at any time to stop further charges. Full details are in our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Registered members gain access to a personal dashboard that displays:

• Current membership plan and status (active / expired / cancelled)
• Membership start and end dates
• Time remaining on your current plan
• Next scheduled payment date and amount
• Assigned personal trainer name and contact information (if booked)
• Upcoming training session details
• Payment history and billing receipts

Dashboard data is pulled directly from our secure database and reflects your current membership state in real time.

Certified personal trainers employed or partnered with Star Gym 24/7 are granted access to a dedicated trainer dashboard that allows them to:

• View the profiles of clients assigned to them, including name, contact email, and active membership plan
• Track client training progress and session notes
• Manage their client list and scheduling
• Access client fitness goals if the client has provided them

By using our Service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another member's account or data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under North Macedonian law
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Impersonate any person or entity, including Star Gym staff
• Attempt to disrupt or overload our systems or infrastructure

All content on the Star Gym 24/7 platform — including logos, text, images, UI design, and software — is the intellectual property of Star Gym 24/7 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, Star Gym 24/7 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Loss of data, revenue, or membership benefits due to technical failure beyond our control
• Third-party service failures (e.g., our database/hosting provider or our acquiring bank's payment systems)
• Physical injuries sustained at the facility (governed by separate facility waivers)

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your membership in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Skopje, North Macedonia.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to the competent courts of Skopje, North Macedonia.

Consumers also have the right to submit a complaint to the relevant consumer protection body in North Macedonia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where material changes are made, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
